Request your shipping label
You pack your own box and ship it with the carrier you prefer. Sending 20 lb or more, or sterling or gold? Ask us for a discounted shipping label: our commercial rate is well below counter prices, and the label cost is simply deducted from your payment.
How the label works
- Tell us how many boxes, their sizes and rough weights (cm or inches, kg or lb, whichever you think in)
- We email your label
- Tape it on and drop the box at a drop-off location near you (we send you the closest ones)
- It is tracked door to door
- Sending a small lot instead? Pick that option and the label is sized for a padded envelope
Before you seal the box: when in doubt, send it in, because we test every piece. Keep out only pieces you are not ready to part with. We may make a scratch, which is industry standard to ensure accurate testing, so keep anything you would want back unmarked out too. Items can be returned if you change your mind, but the return trip is at your shipping cost. Unsure about a piece? Email photos to [email protected] first and we will tell you honestly what you have.
What happens after you press send
Your label arrives by email. Your label is good for 30 days. If it runs out, just ask and we'll send a new one. When your parcel arrives, it is opened and documented on continuous video, sorted by material, weighed, and paid at the published rates, with an itemized receipt emailed to you.
